We offer full to partial demolition services including complete guts of basements, bathrooms, kitchens, garages, warehouses, retail property, and more creating a clean slate for upgrades or full property rehabilitation.
We provide complete mitigation services for property water damage resulting from plumbing or drainage issues, storm damage, structural instability, and other issues. We work closely with insurance companies, plumbers, contractors, and other related parties to ensure the mitigation process is coordinated with the highest professional standards and superior service to our clients.

Kingdom Restoration maintains the Certified Mold Inspector (CRMI) and Certified Mold Remediator (CMR) certifications through the Professional Mold Inspection Institute (PMII) and the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). These certifications represent the highest levels of national standards for inspection, remediation, identification, control, prevention, and ethics.
Kingdom Restoration is fully licensed through the State of Illinois and insured through Empire West.
